    Subscribed to gold, but can't play online.


    Hello.

    I'm trying to play online some of my games, including battleborn and dragon age, but everytime I try to play, the xbox says I need a live gold account.

    The problem is I already have a xbox live gold subscribed account. I can see it when I go to the xbox games with gold page.

    There's any kind with the service right now? Sooner today I could connect and play, but not now.

    Waiting for an answer and thank deeply for a good answer here.

    Hello, i just subscribed to xbox live gold and i can't play to fifa 18 online because i haven't the "privileges" while i subscribed yesterday, i am wasting two days of subscribing... My xbox live gold isn't expired, please help me, i am losing two days of

    You are showing Gold here. Please try removing your profile from the console and then perform a hard reset like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the
    console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console. Once it is back up and operational reload the profile, log in and test.

    That didn't work.

    O contacte ma supp and they told me there was a bug in my account that they can't solve. And that I should wait for 2 days when the issue Will magically be solved automatically

    Live problem!!!! please help!

    You can't play multiplayer without a Gold account. You appear to only have Silver. You need to subscribe to Xbox Live in order to play online.

    Do You have Xbox Live Gold? If You don't have It, You must subscribe It to play online

    modernROCHFARE you are showing as a Gold subscriber here on the forum, however is your account a child account, this may be the issue.

    bo naf3, you are showing as a Silver subscriber and as such cannot play online games.

    If you want to play safe online, you have to be a gold subscriber.
