Subscribed Live Gold on 30/March. Could NOT use it so far. Need proper help.

Hello. I subscribed Live gold on March 30 but until now could not use. In support they say they can not do anything but have discovered the problem. I was in Brazil at the beginning of March and changed the account to Brazil. I returned to Portugal later
this month and tried to change the account to Portugal. The xbox one went well and continued to play and buy games as always. The problem was when I bought live gold on the 30th I downloaded two games but the next day the xbox said I could not play because
he did not live gold. In support say it is a system error and I'm right but as I moved the Xbox in March only poss change again in June. At that time I no longer live gold. The problem is that I paid for gold live and deserve to use it. I can not be harmed
by a Microsoft error.I ask you to help me, please !!! Thank you!

To rent or buy films? I'm not sure you do need to buy a Gold account. Silver would do for that, surely? Silver accounts are free.

And no one needs to pay more than about £30 annually if they ever did want to subscribe to Gold, which is £2.50 per month.

I am being repeatedly charged for my yearly subscription

I payed $60 at the beginning of the year for a yearlong Live Gold Subscription. So far, it has charged me about $30-40 per month, in addition to the one-time $60 payment when I first subscribed. Any way I can remove that?

You'll find Xbox Staff in the support section
forums.xbox.com/.../default.aspx but it is likely they wont be able to help you over a public forum.

Phone support really is your only option at this time.

support.xbox.com/.../contact-us as they are the only ones with access to your account.

Also,you can't post personal info like your email address on the forums.

A few months ago the Xbox community is unsatisfied with the games offered to Live Gold subscribers. Coincidentally, since the launch of the Game Pass service the games offered to Live Gold subscribers are not representative. Some good games
have been offered, it is true, but for months there are no more important games coming out. We do not believe that Microsoft should adversely influence the games offered to Live Gold subscribers as a way to have more Game Pass subscribers. So we are here to
express disappointment at the games offered to Live Gold subscribers. The games offered in the march 2018 are unacceptable. We hope that this reality will change completely in the following month.

It is very probable that in order to play the online portion of Kingdoms & Lords you need to be a Gold subscriber.

Having Gold allows you to play the Multiplayer portions of games, as well as offering numerous other benefits.

the game was delisted completely, and if it was obtained via games with gold can no longer be downloaded either and the games servers are fully offline also.

Evolve can no longer be re-downloaded from Purchase History, at least if it was received as part of the Games with Gold program. The game was offered to Xbox Live
Gold subscribers in March of 2017.
