subsciption on xbox live failed

I buy 12+1 month xbox live subscribe and i hahe this message when i confirm :

I search on the web and i see it was a problem with my account. My account was locked .
Can someone help me for this ??

why I might not buy xbox next gen...

op is dumb. he said why should we pay for xbox live subsciption if we already pay for a netflix subsciption?

well why do you pay for an internet subsciption if you already pay for a netflix subsciption? maybe you should go complain on you isp's forums.

can't connect

You need a Gold Subsciption to Xbox Live to play online multiplayer. Xbox has two types of Live servce Xbox Free and Xbox Gold, Free subscription will not allow you to play online. You can purchase a Gold Subsciption through the Xbox Marketplace from the
Xbox Dashboard.

Possible causes for this lock are:

1. Pending balances on your account if you have your previous subscription set to auto renew (and they renewed)

2. Your payment instrument has been written off
