    Subnautica will never sync up for my account on the Xbox One and I am incredibly frustrated. I have attempted every single solution and "fix" other forums have offered but none of them have worked at all. I only get the syncing screens that will either appear, disappear and quickly reappear, or, a loading bar that never surprasses 0%, or, the infinite syncing screen. "We couldn't sync your data just now. 0x83860012". I previously had Subnautica (also on the game pass) back in mid-2020, and stopped playing near the end of the year, had my world saved, and Uninstalled it. Just recently this month I have reinstalled it.

    It started when I downloaded Subnautica on my Main Account (which has the game pass subscription on it). After it installed, I attemped to sign in with a Secondary account (with the main one still signed in), but recieved the error I previously described. The Main account works just fine, loads up a save I had from 2020 and the world loads in perfectly okay, only the secondary account does not work, but I distinctly remember also having a save for that one. I checked the game settings, and my console does in fact have a local console save for both accounts, and only those two.

    No matter what I try, I can NEVER get the 2nd one to sync up, and it only gives me the offline option, which I do not care for. I have tried:

    - Spamming the "Try Again" option

    - Exiting/Restarting the game

    - Testing my Connection (worked just fine)

    - Switching Wifi's

    - Resetting the console's MAC

    - "Soft" resetting the console's cache (holding the power button for 5 seconds and turning on immediately after fully powering down)

    - "Hard" resetting the console (holding the powerbutton down again, unplugging, and leaving it for 5 minutes)

    - Setting my console to Go Offline, Turning off+on, and Not signing in, THEN signing into the Game

    - Signed out the Main account and only kept my 2nd one logged in while attempting to sync

    - Signing into the game through the Main and switching to the 2nd one

    - Fully removing my 2nd account from the console and signing back in

    - Uninstalling+Reinstalling the game

    - Reset Router

    - and TRIED To delete my 2nd account's Data from console, but it never lets me and just doesn't process the button for "Delete from Console". no effect follows.

    I have tried ***everything***. A Wired connection isn't an option for me either, so I am at a total and complete loss. Please help pleaseeeee. I have over 70 hours on there, and had 3 cuddlefish. Subnautica Never Syncs Error 0x83860012 :( I really don't wanna lose that world.

    About your saves, it is uploaded automatically to the cloud as soon as you're connected to internet mate, so as soon as you reinstall the games, progress is going to be downloaded from the cloud in the background

    You could try a factory reset via console settings, to do this go to settings > system > console info > reset, once there press reset and keep my games and apps.

    If the issue persists after that, you may need select remove everything

    Hello, how would doing either of those 2 effect my game data? Will it result in the deletion of the data from console? If I factory reset, will I lose that save, or any other game saves I may have? I'm just endlessly scared of losing the data for it since it keeps giving me syncing errors, I'm worried if the console data is all I have. Also, I appreciate it, but an offline update isn't an option either as I currently don't have an accessible PC. :( What could possibly be the cause of this error? Like I said, I'm desperate and have tried nearly every solution in the world.

    In case you didn't try it, could be nice perform an offline update for your console. In that way Xbox system will be installed from scratch.
    For this you need a USB and PC to format it and transfer files provided in the link below (with steps):

    If that doesn't work you may need to perform a factory reset for your console to see if in that way, the issue gets fixed

    That would be the last options to do on your console

    Below are 3 standard procedures to try to resolve.

    Alright, let's try this here then

    Press and hold the power button on your Xbox for 10 seconds, wait for it to turn off. Unplug it. Now wait 1 minute before turning it on.

    Configuration>Network>Advanced Settings>DNS Settings>Manual>Primary 1.1.1.1 and Secondary 1.0.0.1

    Press the Xbox button to open the dashboard.

    Select System > Settings > System > Console Information

    Select Reset Console.

    Restore and keep my games and apps.

    Rest assured, you won't miss games or saves
