Subnautica game load up

I bought subnautica the disk and have played it for over a month. As of 4/7/19 the game wont load up. When you start up the game it shows the artist conception and wont go any further. Is it possible the server for subnautica is down?

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

Sign out and do a hard restart then sign in should clear ip

They will remove some games each month and add more into the game pass. If you like a game whilst in gamepass it will show you a discounted price if you want to buy it to keep.
