Submitting one case review?

So i signed in today after being away on business to find my account enforced with a comms ban? So i go onto the website and explain that im not the only one that uses this account, i have a 15yr old son who plays regualry with his friends, after submitting
a case review to explain this i then find the little drop down menu which shows what was actually said.......”kill yourself” was underneath so i thought hmmmm a bit weird, so i approached my son about it, he informs me that he sent that to a player in his
team who had no mic and relied on messages as communication, it wasnt a friend of his just a random player but everyone else had died and they needed to reset the level......so he messeged “kill yourself” which obviously resets from the last check point, clearly
this person has taken what my son has said and reported it lol i mean sorry xbox i was expecting there to be some swear words or explicit language going on here but informing a player who decides he cant afford to use a mic for communications gets sent that
as a request to further the gameplay there induring......seems a little pathetic! But now ive already sent the case review i cant update it or send another to explain the situation!

If you wish to appeal a ban, you need to go through the enforcement site:
enforcement.xbox.com

Typically if it is a 24hr communication ban, the ban will be over before an appeal is heard. However, just because your son was on your account, the ban is based on the account. It doesn't really matter who was using the account as someone with access
to the account did something violating the CoC and creating the issue. In the future, you may not want your child to be using your profile, and instead have a separate profile that is restricted with proper parental controls.

Also keep in mind that you are responsible for your account at all times. It's actually a violation of the code of conduct to share accounts.

The sharing of accounts that's against the rules does not apply to a family in one house - that's perfectly fine.

If you were sharing with a friend that doesn't live with you, that's against the rules.

If the ban is recent it can take 24 hours before you can submit a case review. Keep in mind you are responsible for anyone that uses your account and that it can take weeks before you get a response.

You can only see the type of suspension and what exactly rule not content as it's a privacy concern
