    Submitting form to get Xbox fixed


    I am having problems with my Xbox One so I went on to the Xbox Online Service Center, then I filled in everything and it took me back to the start and I do not know if I the request to get it fixed has been submitted ?

    Complaint with Enforcement

    Submitting a case review is the only way to contact them. They don't have any other form of communication.

    If your getting an error submitting that form then you need to reach out to the Microsoft Account team in the link I gave you above or by filling out this little form request

    Sorry to hear it. You can check the status of any repairs at the service center site.

    If it doesn't show as though you have an open case then try again. If it still doesn't work then you can contact phone support to have them set one up for you. If you live in North America you can dial 1-800-469-9269.

    Remember, when sending the console in be sure to clear the hard drive only of all your information as you'll most likely get a refurbished console back.
