Submit an Appeal.

Thanks for viewing and responding and I already know that the only department to really view this stuff is enforcement but, like I have said in the original response I can not submit an appeal due to the type of ban it is. Which is a real pain due to the the ban not looking fair at all and a mistake from the algorithm that originally pinged this issue. I am sure I am not the first to have gotten an unfair ban but it is ridiculous how the enforcement department refuses to look at appeals for certain punishments and not the violation. This blog post area is my last resort to get anything done so is it possible for you to help me get in contact with the appropriate people. To further note telling me to just go to enforcement will not work because they are not willing to look at an appeal in the first place.

This forum is mostly community led (just gamers helping other gamers) so unfortunately not. The person responding to you is hired by an independent company to help answer questions in these forums but they dont have any access to Microsoft systems or any influence really when it comes to stuff like this.

If there's no option for an appeal, all you can do is wait it out. LFG posts are only for looking for other people to play a game with. Offering to buy/sell/trade anything in them is not permitted.

Still doesn't make any sense whatsoever that I can't appeal this. If this was prohibited by the people who made the game they'll implement a system to stop it. But it's a Soulslike game and people have been asking for help or looking for a certain weapon to get again. I've wanted to continue my help for the newer people that are stuck and now I can't make a post. I haven't been reported for a long time until now and an immediate strike seemed too much on someone. But thank you for your help.

Those posts would also cause suspensions if they're reported as well.

I understand that but I'm more upset that other people has been saying they'll buy a certain weapon or certain material. There is a bot on the LFG promoting a website?? I'm more confused why out of anything I'm the one to get hit with an immediate strike and not make an appeal to it.
