    Hello ! I have problem with multiplayer. How can i up date my submision, i payd gold since 14 sept and eaven today i can not play. Te message say tat my submision is past due. and i can not find how to update. Pls Help me !!!

    It clearly tells you that you will be charged on the due date if you don't turn auto renewal off.

    You can also check what subscriptions you have via your console.

    You would need to contact support
    here     for anything billing related as they are the only ones with access to your billing & account info.

    You will need to have one of the below payment options to be able to pay for the past due subscription.
