    Subject to Xbox family settings despite turning off family


    Hello everyone,

    Recently I played Minecraft for Windows 10 it told me to log into my Xbox account when I went to play with my friends it said I was unable to play due to my family privacy settings. I have since left the family group for some reason when I why go to Xbox
    to change my setting it still says I am in the family group.

    do I just have to wait 24-hours for the changes to take effect or it is part of a bigger problem.

    Are you the parent in the Family? And have you tried leaving the family via the Xbox settings inside your Xbox?

    Cant play Original games

    There is a setting on family settings that blocks playback of Original Xbox games. Make sure that is off. Also try to change the settings to unblock everything even when you turned off family settings.

    Call up phone support and ask them to help you reset it. You will need to prove ownership of the console and/or the parent account.

    hey,

    This is normally to do with family settings on the xbox... if you can deactivate the family settings, turn off xbox for about an hour and it should work. hope that helps.
