    i purchased a 12 months xbox live gold subscription physical card with code and i am unable to redeem the code. Keeps saying "something went wrong on our end try again later" this has been going on for days now. I got a 2 day xbox live gold subscription
    with my purchase for need for speed and i was able to redeem that code without any problems. Could it be that something is wrong with the 12 months xbox live code?

    Hey Young, I'm afraid that no one can credit or purchase that subscription for you. Also, asking for LIVE subscriptions from other users is strictly forbidden on the forums.

    lost subcription for premium

    After windows crashed reinstalled now no longer have my anual subcription and don't want to pay twice how can I recover my premium subcription?

    hi, sorry mister cerb the troubleshooting stebs that you have suppled has not helped me, it still says that i have to have a gold live subcription, when it goes to subcription page , it says : looks like you are ready to go, it then returns to game and says
    this profile is not allowed to play on xbox live.....my gold subcription ends 17-9-2014 . it is the gold live trail offer..........simon

    I had the Gamepass Friends & Family (I was the... owner? I was the one who was paying for the subcription) and my subcription ended last august 15 and inmediatly I received the 3month token, that's why my question, I want to activate this token on september 18, 2023, that's possible?
