    i need help on how to fix stuttering that goes on while playing nhl and call of duty. Whenever i play certain maps it feels like im losing frames and it stutters and makes the gameplay mot enjoyable. Ive tried to calobrate my monitor and ive tried to clear
    up some space. I dont know what else to do to eliminate this problem as it seems to be getting worse and worse. Thank you

    Hello again Jake,

    We thank you for keeping us updated regarding gameplay on your Xbox One console.

    Does the same stuttering occur on another television/monitor? Have you attempted to utilize a different HDMI cable? Have you noticed any damage or loose plugin from the HDMI port on the back of the console?

    Clarify this for us, or try the suggested and then let us know the results.

    Thank you for reaching out to Xbox forums support. If you haven't already done so, go ahead and try performing a Soft console Factory
    reset     on your console by doing the following:

    1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
    2. Select Settings.
    3. Select All Settings.
    4. Select System.
    5. Select Console info & updates.
    6. Select Reset console. [KEEP MY GAMES AND APPS]
    Make sure you have both your email and password on hand as you will be asked to sign back in. There is an option to delete everything and to save your games and apps; choose the latter. This will
    reset the Operating system [OS] of the console and allow you a fresh start-up.

    Nothing has worked for me. I would hate to have to buy a new consol but thats what its leaning towards.
