    Stuttering Sound


    Hi all, really hope someone can help me.

    I have just got the new Xbox Series X and super excited. I decided to go all in and get the Arctis 9X to compliment the console.

    I've run into an issue with sound stuttering on the headset. Immediate reaction was to investigate the headset. so i've tried everything as outlined below:

    1. Power socket for the console on its own.

    2. Moved the router more than 5 foot from the console.

    3. Turned off 5ghz from the router and just running 2.4ghz.

    4. changed the channels on the router

    Then i found something very odd. I'd be playing it would then start stuttering in a cut scene. Assassins Creed Valhalla. Then if i moved the left stick on the controller it would stop the stuttering. I decided to then try a different controller. And Older
    version. not a new one. Seems to be working.

    Is there a potential issue with the new controller and other peripherials and it causing interference. Be helpful to know. I'm getting the headset replaced tomorrow so be interested to see if that helps. Or if i need a new controller.

    Mine was fine until the update on the 10th. Since then, i have the sound stutter on startup or the tv blank. With tv issue, hard reset corrects and it is fine for the rest of the day. With the sound stutter, i just go into settings/sound and back out.
    Clears it up. Never had either issue until the latest update occurred.

    I've one other gamer on the UK Forum mention the sound stuttering but a hard reset fixed it.

    yes they still stutter, anything post update stutters, anything pre does not. Just to clarify, its just video stutter not sound and only when played on tablet/phone. When you select the video and play it on xbox they play fine but if you just highlight it
    and watch the preview it does exactly the same as tablet/phone.
