  1. Stuttering live TV video and absurd bandwidth usage

I am having a strange issue. I have an external hard drive attached to my One, and after 5 minutes of the console being turned on, my HHD indicator lights solid, my entire internet is maxed out by the One, and live TV becomes pretty much unwatchable due
    to severe stutter.

What I believe is happening (and this REALLY better not be the case) is that Microsoft is using our consoles in a peer-to-peer configuration for updates instead of their servers. That would explain the extremely high bandwidth usage that is unrelated to
a game download/update as well as the constant storage access.

As soon as I remove the power cable from my external drive, my bandwidth magically goes back to normal and TV becomes watchable again.

    :)

The constant, continuous, hard drive access while simply watching live TV is already cause enough for concern. Add to this that something on the Xbox is siphoning all bandwidth available while doing it is ever more so.

  3. Snap Live TV stuttering

Basically if I snap Live TV, the snapped TV is stuttering video all the time.

If I watch TV in main it is fine.

Are you sure you're not having your games being updated or having your X360 games being installed in the background?

I have not noticed any additional bandwidth at all.

    Bandwith/Total Usage this period

Very interesting unless a recent update is no longer counting that as bandwidth usage on the Xbox One, and I'm not finding anything particularly detailing a change in Bandwidth counting.
Got the same problem here (Italy). My bandwidth usage does not add up videos (amazon prime video) and even games download from gamepass. I downloaded Lego Worlds (4GB) just to try and my bandwidth usage shows only 236MB. Moreover, I'm installing latest RDR2
patch and the download speed in the bandwidth usage page shows just a few kbit/s whilst shows the correct speed (tens of mbit/s) in the queue tab of my apps&games menu.

    'Blu-ray player' issues

Is everyone still having blu ray issues? Stuttering specifically for me. I'm now on my second console and had one movie that seemed to play ok, but then when I watched a second movie about an hour into it, sure enough, the video stuttered. This is getting
    absurd at this point.
