    O problema iniciou no pes2020 e agora estou percebendo em outros jogos.

    Hi,

    Sorry about that issue, please clear your cache memory ( on the main menu , press and HOLD 10 sec the power button of the console, wait 30 sec, restart console ). If its still not working properly go to https://account.microsoft.com/devices/ and
    launch a repair for your console.

    Sorry to hear it. Please try powercycling the console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds till it shuts down. If that does not help then try a factory reset. There's an option to keep installed games and apps and your saves will be safe
    on the Cloud if you choose this option.
