Stuttering Frame Issue on COD WW2

Just got the game for my daughter yesterday. Loaded it and the display is really choppy, so choppy it is not playable. I tried the game on 3 different TVs and played with all the video settings. Any ideas why this is happening? I googled the issue and
I can't find the answer. Also factory reset the box.

External hard drive sound/stuttering issues

I have an Xbox branded 4tb seagate external HDD and when I play a game installed on it I have sound issues and sometimes frame rate issues.

Some games aren’t so bad but others are terrible I can’t watch the call of duty ww2 cut scenes without plenty of skipping and stuttering. Another particularly bad one is yooka laylee where the music stutters quite a lot.

All games have some kind of issue usually sound related.

cod ghosts loading issue

Same issue last patch broke this and frame rates.. In fact alot of people now blame IW for such a crappy game release... It's getting stuttering issues, and frame rate problems as well as crashes and loading errors on all platforms...

 

I just hope your girl is muture for there a bunch of players out there that's not very nice,, may be your connection not the box or game

 

That's not good. If it's a digital version please try deleting then reinstalling the game.

If it's a disc version you can either try deleting then reinstalling the game or returning the disc for an exchange if the issue persists.

 

Thanks- I should have put "daughters" - they are 16 and 18 years old so they usually play on line and mute the players. I will try to hardwire the Xbox into the router. I have 100+ up and 15 down and an AC wireless router so bandwidth should not be a problem. Thanks

Its the disk version. Grabbed it on sale from BB. I'll ask her to delete it and reinstall it. The other COD games work just fine. Thanks-

 

Reloaded game and the issue is still there. Disappointing to say the least.

 

Thanks for the update. Try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds till it shuts down to see if that helps. Another option to try would be a factory reset. Don't worry, there's an option to keep installed content.

If you still experience the issue then I would suggest returning the disc for an exchange as it may be a disc issue.
