    Stuttering and freezing on Netflix app.


    I'm having an issue with Netflix video slowing down and freezing during playback. The audio is uneffected as only the video slows down or freezes. The video eventually catches up after a few minutes. I've tried Wifi and Ethernet connections but it makes
    no difference. My internet is 200mb so speed is not an issue and I do not have streaming problems on other devices. Is there a fix I can do to correct Netflix playback.

    Netflix Framerate Pausing/Not Smooth

    Netflix is basically unwatchable in its current state due to framerate pausing and stuttering that occurs every so often.

    My connection is literally Gigabit Wired Ethernet and all my other devices stream Netflix perfectly without issue. It's pretty embarassing that my TV's built in app can outperform my $500 X1.

    Please fix this ASAP.

    Watching TV Through Xbox One – Random Freezing?

    Definitely an issue with the XB1. I'm having the same issues as all the posters (constant freezing/stuttering) if I plug my cable box into my XB1 and use the TV app. If I connect my cable box directly to the TV, it runs fine.

    Can you try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down to see if that improves it?

    Tried the cache clearing things like holding down power and unplugging with no results. The thing that seems to have worked is running the Xbox One straight to my HDTV instead of running it through my receiver. No idea why that would make a difference for
    Netflix. Since doing it though I haven't had any stuttering or video freezes.

    I'm having the same problem with all video apps... Freezes the sound stutters and then shuts off... With Netflix it show cannot play video then shuts off.

    Vudu and Amazon Video having problems since the New Xbox One Update. "Judder" or "Stutter" like effect when videos are playing on these two apps.

    Add Netflix to the list.... also with the stuttering there is a green screen with only audio.
