    Sorry for my bad english

    I bought a Xbox one S 2 weeks ago and i see a little stuttering and fps drop in some games (FIFA 18, The Sims 4, Fortnite, We Happy Few...)

    could the console be losing performance?
    or when this happens other more obvious problems appear? (Shutdowns, high temperature ...)

    The temperature is ok

    Are you getting plenty of ventilation to the console. If a system gets hot it will slow down.

    is there any diagnostic software to know if the console is working properly?

    what I really wanted to know is whether there is any problem with something that would be perceptive (shutdowns ...) or would it be more subjective (fps drop)?
