    So, as of the last update, I get this stutter/low latency bug, I have no idea what it is. It happens every 3 and a half minutes and only online, not on single player games, I’ve power cycled, changed almost all of my internet settings and this issue doesn’t
    ever happen on my PS4 pro. It’s not my WiFi or any thing else and I’ve come to the conclusion that the sole problem is actually, maybe hardware in my Xbox. my Xbox is a OG and also a sunset overdrive special edition, if that changes any thing. Thanks for any
    help and hopefully some Xbox officials see this post and try and help, I don’t want to have to move to my PS4.

    Stuttering using 50Hz Content in Europe...

    Hello, Due to the fact that our HDTV is played at 1080i50 or 720p50 and the xo uses 1080p60 there is unacceptable stutter introduced in distplaying live tv (both full screen or Snape Mode)... I can live with stutter in Snap, but right now tv Fuction is
    useless in Europe... - massive stutter - no tv using Instant on power Mode (Bug) - Guide not integersten - no Voice Control Other than englisch.... All of the above may be Fixed using a Software update....but i bleibe the 50/60hz stutter will NOT be Fixed

    Xbox 360 Fat - Stuttering Green Lights Bootup

    So I bought an essentially new condition Xbox 360 Fat (white, OG model) and whether I turn it on via the controller, console itself, with or without the HDD attached, the green lights do the boot up sequence and all, but they kind of "stutter," so
    to speak. It isn't a smooth animation.

    Does anyone else's Xbox do this, and should I be worried about anything? It works just fine.

    Can you send us the following info so we can best assist:

    • A photo of your console's detailed network stats?
    • Your current NAT type?
    • Location of the console in comparison to the router or gateway?
    • Are you seeing the same issues on a friend's network as well?
    • Are you seeing the same issue with all games online, could you post a video example?

    Let's also be sure you have followed all of the steps on the
    performance guide for the Xbox One console.

    Post back and let us know how that goes!

    Hi Bill,

    Thanks for updating us with your replies! Sorry to hear that the latency issue is still around. As previously asked by XBF Diego, are you experiencing the lag/stuttering on your OG Xbox One as compared to when the same game is played on your Xbox One S consoles?

    If you are getting the lag/stuttering during game play on the OG Xbox One that is noticeably different to the game play you get on the other consoles, then this may indicate that there is an issue with your network card in
    the OS of the original Xbox One console. You would then have the option to
    request a repair/exchange for the console     if it is out of warranty, if you choose to do so, since you've done just about all the troubleshooting you can.

    If you are not getting the lag/stuttering during game play that is noticeably different than on the other consoles, then you can disregard the latency test since it isn't hindering your game play. I would recommend at that point
    to go ahead with a full factory reset to see if it helps out.

    There are more bugs now after the patch. Every large nuke explosion are pixelated large squares and the game stutters and pauses in areas that were smooth prior to the patch.

    For those with Netflix Video Quality Issues, please try this and report your findings.

    @Armand28 The stuttering is a system-wide bug that affects all video playback on the Xbox one. See the forum posts below on it. I have been through multiple Xbox Ones and one guy actually went through 5 and we still have the same issue with the stuttering
    video. This issue is the one that drives me nuts...
