    First why am I still stuck in the stupid preview program still!!! I have called multiple times now and the morons at Microsoft can't figure out how to get me out of their own preview program.

    Second what can't there be a warning at least 5 to 10 minutes before the stupid Xbox kicks you from the game your playing to say "it's time for an update"? Why does it have to be that I'm hours into doing something with the limited time I have to play just
    to lose it all because I don't have a damn choice on your update crap? Is it really that damn hard to put in a warning I mean really? You guys designed a flawed setup...fix this stupid BS and at least warn us a head of time rather than just screwing us over.

    All I want to do is play the stupid game. Why can't I play the game, then let it update when I am done. But no, I have a stupid 2.2 GB update, that will take an hour, all I wanted was to play 30 minutes. Why is this not am an option. Update later.

    Stupid update

    No point in contacting anybody or asking for some form of redress when the update is MANDATORY. This means it's a system-wide configuration which *doesn't* have a reset button! Also take exception to the fact there's "nobody" in support because everytime
    I've had a service issue, I've navigated the site (clicking upon support tabs wherever they appear) and it's always brought me to a LIVE operator. Unless of course these "virtual agents" you speak of are advanced Cortana algorithms. #gofigure

    unless the update comes out just as you want to play the game and you only have 30 minutes for a quick game, and it so happens to be a multiplayer game, going offline not an option, updating later not an option, mandatory updates should be done away with.

    already done all of that i've cleared my system cache i've diagnosed my connection i've tried removing the hard drive and puttin it back in everything this site says to do i have done and so has my friends and the xbox is still messed up

    At least you can download the update.

    Most of us have bricked Xbox's, unable to download the update via xbox or computer. Nobody will answer our threads in regards to the problem and there is nobody in support chat, only the virtual agent.

    How the heck did you manage to download the update? Your probably the only person who has it.

    on a serious note its most likely someones NAT settings one of you must have a strict or moderate NAT. This is the main cause.

    If you're part of the preview program, you will get updates a lot. Set your console it instant on mode and you'll never notice updates.
