    Stupid thing!


    I am having an issue where after entering all of my information to make an Xbox live account, I get the "Sorry, Xbox live signup isn't available right now. Try again later" message, and I am beginning to get ticked off. I spent the money for a new subscription
    (which the Xbox company had no problem taking) and I can't even download the account. Please help.

    Stupid Gamercard thing.

    Xbox.com takes a while to sync up but also check through your Privacy Settings. Gamerscore should always appear though so thats a little odd.

    It's possible there was a service issue while you were trying to create the account. Are you able to create the account now, or are you still having issues? If so, what device are you trying to create the account on?

    Hi, I am using my xbox 360 to put the account on, and have successfully downloaded the account onto the xbox from my laptop. However, when I put in the redemption code, it tells me there is a problem with the xbox service. This issue has been happening for
    a couple of days now, and youtube hasn't helped thus far. I was hoping you might have a solution for my problem?

    We can certainly do our best! What error message or error codes are you seeing on the console exactly? Are you able to redeem the code on Xbox.com
    HERE? Make sure to sign into the profile that you want to add the subscription to first. Stupid thing! :)
