I recieved a 14 Day sanction communication. And less than a week later you give me another one stating that i violated a communication aggreement. How if i was cut off from communicating with ppl anyway. Hiw could i violate it if you Cut my Communications.
And when I appealed it i was given a very Bland excuse with no FULL DETAIL. Can i atleast see the msgs and dates? Give ppl a Copy of the complaint. Show me some proof please not just some robotic answer stating some mumbo jumbo. Thank you..

If you go to the
Xbox Enforcement website you will be able to review any enforcement actions received and if eligible request a case review.

Please don't forget when using your Xbox to be mindful of the
Xbox Code of conduct and
Terms of use and if someone sends you a message that is not appropriate do not replay to that message just report it.

Mon fils s'est fait suspendre pour sanctions par un autre joueur sur mon compte. il n'a rien fait de mal et j'aimerais que cette sanction soit enlevee. svp veuillez communiquer avec moi.

[Translation: My son was suspended for sanctions by another player on my account. He did nothing wrong and I would like to see that sanction removed. Please contact me.]

The enforcement team does not use the forums. The only information they will give you is what is listed on the enforcement site.

Investigations do take time, so suspensions are not always issued the same days as the action. So both suspensions could be for actions that took place weeks before.

Hi Alexandre,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Unfortunately, you will not be able to reach the enforcement team here on the forums. I recommend visiting our Enforcement website for all info regarding Bans/Suspensions. Once
you log in, click on the suspension and it will show the duration.

If you were suspended for longer than a day you can also submit a case review from the same website.

It's possible that there may be an issue with your Xbox Live account that is causing the suspension message to appear incorrectly. I would recommend contacting Xbox support for further assistance. You can contact them via phone and live chat at support.xbox.com/contact-us.

It could also be a bug in the Alpha Skip Ahead ring that causing the issue, reporting it to Microsoft will help them investigate and fix it. It's also worth noting that being in the Alpha Skip Ahead ring can come with some risks, and there may be unexpected bugs or issues that arise while using it.
