    Lets see... I turn on my one, load up a free game of Gems Of War today. Says there is a game update, but there is a problem. Unable to update. So, I restart my one and I can finally get the download to work. While waiting for the download, I go into Elder
    Scrolls Online. Get to the first menu, where you press A to begin. I get ERROR: Loading profile failed, the xbox live account selected does not have multiplayer privileges. Please select an account with xbox live gold, or update your permissions. I am like
    WHAT? I have a gold account good until December 16, 2016. So I quit that game and head over to the settings to check out content restrictions. It says my content restrictions are in effect and can't be changed until we connect to the service. I have no content
    restrictions. What? So I do a power down cycle. Still nothing works. Do a restart and Elder Scrolls Online works and my content restrictions have been put back the way they are supposed to be. After I get out of that, I head over to the store, just to see
    what is new and what can I spend my money on. ERROR: Unable to connect to store. Please try again later. WHAT?!? Check the xbox to make sure I didn't miss any updates. Nope, all good there. So I turn it off. So I go upstairs to girl friends one and guess what>?
    Same problems. Same ERRORS. We need an update to fix these issues. And we have been having this problem for about a week now.

    Any ideas?

    My cable internet is getting 30mbps. My one is hard wired and her one is wireless. No differences in speed for either xbox one but same problems.

    I did go offline and everything but it dosnt work! Do you think if I change the sign in method to pass key it would work since the email is connected to the Internet ?

    It ssucks and a bunch of BS all the CRAP you have to go through just to play a game with your kid...I'd throw it out in the street if it were mine. BS!

    Could be connection issues , with 2 xbox ones on the same network it takes a good router that "supports multiple consoles" to handle the traffic back and forth , last update REALLY brought that to light ...what kind of modem and router are you using ? Is
    NAT open on both consoles ?

    I've had similar issues. I think it was a Comcast problem. For over a week I was getting bumped from Xbox Live and other devices. The other devices, iPhone, iPad, etc. came back online quickly while my Xbox did not. I didn't even notice the other devices
    right away since them came back online so quickly. I had to power off the modem and Xbox, then restart to get the Xbox working. The problem persisted until one day my cable internet connection went out for hours. Turns out Comcast was working on it during
    that time. When it came back online the intermittent disconnections went away.

    Scratch that. Seems that I am still having the issues. Still think it's a Comcast problem. Turning the modem off and on again works.

  7. I thinks its Comcast's equipment , are you using a Gateway from them ? If yes , that's your weak link...

    Modem: Arris SURFboard SB6183

    Router: DLink DIR-655

    From the research I did, I found both of these to be pretty darn gone good. I also have a DLink wireless booster upstairs to boost the signal in other areas of the house, as well as outside. I setup the network to run 2 xbox One, 2 xbox 360, and a PS3. Everything
    on at the same time... all open NAT.

    I have COMCAST as my internet provider. I hate them. They blame that my router and cable modem for the problems. I don't believe that is the answer. They want me to try to use their equipment for FREE for 30 days, but I am pretty sure, I won't be able to
    have an awesome network that allows me to run all of these game systems with open NAT at the same time. I asked the questions I did before, because I wasn't sure if it was just my xbox or something else.

    Do you believe it is the XBOX or the internet equipment I have, or COMCAST internet?

  9. Plug the xbox straight up to the surfboard and see how it does , if good that way you know its in your network...

    The next time this happens immediately check another device on the network to see if it's disconnected. I initially blamed Xbox Live since my focus was solely on my Xbox. Turns out all devices got bumped from the connection. I have this sneaking suspicion
    that it has to do with bandwidth throttling on Comcast's end.

  12. I am also thinking it has to do with bandwidth on Comcast side. I have the router sitting no less than 3 feet from my One and PC. Both get shut out from the internet, even though the lights on both the modem and router both say they are connected to the
    internet.

    So basically, from what I am gathering here. I just wanted to make sure it isn't my stuff that sounds bad. This is my second Xbox One, had to trade the Day One Edition in because Party Chat didn't work. Upgraded the modem from the Motorola DOC 3.0, because
    it was a 4 channel modem and COMCAST updated there internet to use 8 channels, so the current modem I grabbed does 16 channels. I believe it is just my service from COMCAST is making the faults around here. Just wanted to grab other ideas just in case I am
    wrong.

    Do you think if I upgraded my package with COMCAST from the 30mbps to the 105mbps, would make much difference in my connection issues?

    Sorry you are having issues.

    Did you try connecting your XBOX directly to the modem as suggested?

    I did some research on that router and it appears that its functionality and reliability are minimal at best.

    Upgrading Comcast will not matter. I went from 25 to a free upgrade to 75 without any change. In the past few months I bought a new DOCSIS 3.0 modem and a new Netgear router. So in all I upgraded my modem, router and Xbox One (now own an Elite) and I am
    still experiencing a similar issue. I do not think it's your hardware.
