Stupid game wont install

Ive had the disc in the console for 20+ minutes, it says installing for like 20 seconds, then goes to queued. Over and over and over.

No progress, no signs of progress. WTF?

Can't remove demo?

Found this thread while searching for the same problem with the stupid zoo tycoon demo. I cant get it out of my ready to install list. Every other game was hidden with no problems. It wont even let me re-install it to try and uninstall again....

No thanks to a factory reset.

There has to be another way

 

installation problems

right this is a bit confusing and stupid but i don't know what to do, so i had all my games installed on my 1TB seagate expansion hard drive (discs and downloads) but the hard drive decided to stop working. i can re-install the games i downloaded but it
wont let me re-install my disc games, the console isn't even recognising the discs as game discs!! PLEASE HELP!!!

 

Same issue. I'm thinking its because I'm in the Pacific Standard Time zone. I'm gonna look around the net and try to see whats up.

It appears to be an issue with Sony too.

 

alot of hassle for all it seems...got the digital version it installed twice and then got stuck at 100% unable to play so i have deleted it and started a fresh will see what happens..shocking fail of a game launch.

 

I'm so mad right now I could seriously cause physical harm to somebody associated with this mess. Just goes back and forth between "queued" and "installing". Time to find a new drug dealer.

 

If you are installing off of a disc, then disconnect your system from the internet. The patch and the game install are fighting against each other. Disconnect, install the game from disc, reconnect, and install patch.

 

It would appear that FullHornets advice is working. At 1%. Now why the F@#K do you have to disconnect from the internet to install the game. Unreal.

 

disconnecting from the internet is NOT working for me, I've tried it 4 times.

 

In a effort to help each other out, this is how I'm set up and whats working for me right now. My system is hardwired (no wifi) so taking FullHornets advice I simply unplugged it the console from my network, ejected the disc and turned the system off (no
hard reset or disconnect from power). Turned the console back on and started the who process over. Game is installing now and I am playing campaign offline.

 

I had to turn off my router, remove the disc, delete the Advanced Warfare "install", hard boot the Xbone-1, and then re-insert the disc and install offline. Once the offline install was done it downloaded a 250Mb update, so no its not an issue with the
update or their servers, its the stupid Xbone-1.

 

Well I got the digital download. And been trying to get going since midnight it got to 45 and stop. Got in contact with xbox and immediately they said it was Activision problem

Restarted the download got stuck at 25, restarted again directly connected to internet after 1 hr I'm at 33

 

i have had nuff not acceptable game wont install ive tried 6 times got to 25% and got to play 1 *** mission .... then it got 39% wow i was getting excited then decides to rest back to 25% ive unistalled again and starting from scractch again *** you xbox
