    Stupid Controllers keep breaking nd wont get replaced


    Ok ive been a loyal customer since the original xbox and never have I had such a damn problem with these xbox one controllers. Either the joystick drift of my right and left buttons fall off and break. This is an ongoing situation and i cant get
    help from Microsoft to help replace just one of these controllers. I have bought at least 5 controllers in the past year including my GEARS OF WAR controller and the same damn thing has hsppen nd when i call they tell me its no longer under warranty nd i have
    to buy a new one. I'm over spending 60+ dollars each time just for the damn thing to break. Take responsibility Microsoft this is bulls***t. Fix just one thats all cant afford to keep doing this!

    This is starting to look like a RROD situation. I shouldn't have 2 failing controllers with drifting analog sticks when it hasn't even been two years yet. I shouldn't have to pay 60 dollars to replace my controllers or learn how to solder to fix them because
    you are not supporting your defective product. I have been a loyal customer and now I feel like I'm being crapped on. This problems gonna get bigger and bigger till it makes news. It is just a matter of time.

    One good one is to juss keep using credit card or juss reedem a prepaid member card and turn renewal off with your credit card options and i wont pop up but if it does juss update payment options nd you wont be charged at all

    I think the warranty applies to your forst controller even after you got the replacement. But yeah, I have the same issue as well. It's either LB or RB that keeps breaking for me. Was the same case even on 360 controllers.
