stuffed up VIP ranking.

Ok my account is now saying I'm at 99% and have got my rewards for the past month I disagree with this as I should now be at level 4 and instead of getting 6% back I should have gotten 8% back. If I can please get a break down of how you feel this is what
I should be on please?

I have gone and re-tracked my purchases from when they were reset last year to today and have a total that does not match what you guys have come up with. I will continue to pursue this as I am not some kid in his teens who does not keep track of his purchases.
Please respond with an answer to my request please, and here it is again if you are unsure what it is that I am asking, I want a break down of my purchases both the ones that do and do not count towards my VIP level up since it was reset to 0% end of September.
I also have been taking regular screen shots of my vip status since I started this year as I felt even last year things were not right. Thank you for your time and I look forward to the reply and getting this sorted.

Missing rewards points and VIP star progress has not moved for a long time

I see that I have some rewards pending from February, not sure if all of the pints that I was supposed to get though.

Also, VIP progress still 15%, please fix this.

If this was not stuffed up I would probably be on VIP Sat 3, but your site is stuffing up.

Keep in mind that game consumables, pre-orders, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP, as stated in the FAQ:

What content on the Xbox Store is eligible for MyVIP?

Normally, most purchases for Xbox 360 and Xbox One from the Xbox Store qualify, including full Games on Demand titles (excluding game pre-orders), arcade games, indie games, game add-ons, game Season Passes, movies, TV shows, TV seasons, themes and avatar
items. In-game consumables, Xbox Live Gold memberships, Groove Music Passes, Microsoft Movies & TV Season Passes, and the purchase or redemption of Microsoft Points or Xbox Gift Cards, still do not qualify.

We see that a large portion of your recent purchases have been for game consumables. Those purchases are not eligible for MyVIP, and will not go towards MyVIP progress.

Pre-Order:

Xbox Gold subscriptions were also not included in the calculation.

 

ok I have gone thru said dates and even skipped a few others that I am aware of that were also not on the dates you have mentioned and find that I still have spent (in AU currency) $1308.74 if you disagree with this amount I am going to have to see the physical
$ and items individually on what HAS and HAS NOT contributed towards my vip level as I only needed to spend a balance of $800 to reach the next vip level from level 3 to 4.

That spend amount is actually less than what we have on file for your account. We see you at 1985.77 AUD in eligible spending since September 2015. However, as our FAQ states, the spending required for a promotion to 4 star is 2000 AUD.
