Stuck syncing data. Can't play Fallout 4

Warning.....

Even after a factory reset, it does not fix the problem. I have extinguished all methods and finally did a factory reset, only to have the exact same problem. Besthada has sold you a paper weight and after lengthy emails back and forth with them they will
not acknowledge the problem. Furthermore Microsoft can not assist you on this what so ever. It's not on their end. They're options are to delete the game. Don't work. To delete your profile and reioad it, doesn't work, factory resets was the final option after
trying every option fore mentioned on this page. Nothing works. You've been sold a paper weight. False advertisement and a scam. Hundreds, if not thousands of players are dealing with this. And all you get back from Bethesda is automated generic responses
when dealing with this. Hopefully a patch is coming, but it won't be anytime soon, as a patch is first released to PC on beta, then submitted to consoles for distribution, and finally upon recommendations released to the public. Find another game.

 

I have had a long conversation with Microsoft support and talked to Bethesda, and after a day of technical troubles (I know, ridiculous) I still have no solution. This is absolutely stupid and to be honest, amatuer from Xbox to say the least.

 

Honestly I'm having the same problem with other games (such as fora horizon 2) so I feel it's more on microsofts end than Bethesda. It's the *** cloud servers.

 

why hasnt MS responded? xbox has had synch issues since nov update

 

The more I read about the sync issue the more I believe it's associated with the creation of a guest profile. For those of you who haven't figured out how to continue I would suggest playing offline. I babysat the controller till I got stuck at 98% then
canceled the sync, waited a few minutes and most of my old saves were waiting for me in offline mode.

 

I have had this same problem and did everything until I talked with customer service and he gave me these instructions:

Remove your disk

then Kindly go to Settings > Disc & Blu-ray > Blu-ray>Persistent storage > Clear persistent storage.

After that do this please

While the console is on, please hold down the power button of your console for 5-10 seconds until it turns off by itself and then unplug the power cable from the wall outlet for 1-2 minutes. Plug it back in and turn on the console again. This clears the
system's cache and resets the network card.

It worked.

 

While I feel better that I am not alone, this is a serious problem. I have been away from console gaming for some time and have recently came back to the fold. Ran with FO4 since mid December and have had no issues until recently. My wife, bless her heart,
bought and loaded Lego: Marvel's Avengers and played a a guest. I went back to play FO4 this morning and had issues. Looked all over and have tried every method I could find to fix this issue. This is beyond reasonable. Totally unacceptable and on the
verge of criminal. I will not buy anymore games for my Xbox One and will just be content with FO4, Star Wars Battlefront. Back to PC gaming for me.

 

So, after trying everything and just letting it sync it took 40 minutes. Unacceptable. Since I am a glutton for punishment, and I was able to delete saves, I deleted all but one save. I only have one character as well. I also went back out and deleted
all saves from console that was suggested too. I have one save total for FO4 and it took 15 minutes for that save to sync. One character with 7 days played on it should not, in my opinion, take that long.

 

Yup still having this issue. I know I'm at full capacity for saves so I guess I'll have to wait 10+ hours just to get it to sync & load. All just because I added another profile to my Xbone. Microsoft, as well as Bethesda, need to address this issue and
resolve it. It seems like everyone I speak with from there has no clue what I am speaking about. Yet I see plenty of people having the exact same problem from the exact same cause, adding another profile or using the Guest account. This is just absurd and
I'm disgusted they can't at least acknowledge this is going on. Never had a problem with FO4 before up until I added another profile.

For those having the same problem, basically just wait the syncing thing out. It could take you as long as an hour to 12 hours. I think it just depends on the amount of saves you have. This is what I have gathered from talking to a few other people with
the same exact problem.

I appreciate the few people I messaged in this thread/elsewhere for insight, so thanks again. My fellow gamers, of course, were far more helpful than whoever the *** they have working for MS & Bethesda.
