Stuck over 12 hours on syncing data for fallout 4...

So 12 hours on going will not sync my save game data for fallout 4.

Other games sync with no issues.

I've powercycled for 30seconds, both xbox and router. Clear alt mac address, Blu-ray
clear the persistent storage. I've port forward my modem gateway, seem to be still stuck in a moderate nat type. (not sure if that has anything to do with an offline game anyhow)

This is a nightmare. 12 hours I've been on this waiting for the Save games to sync. This all happened this morning after I updated the xbox. I've talked to two support reps, who suggest I should just DELETE my account and the game... I immediately
stopped talking to them.

Syncing gane data issue

So my xbox has been syncing data for fallout 4 for about 2 hours and is still stuck at 3%. I've tried to sort it using stuff I've found on other forums with no help.

Need help as I don't fancy starting over well not yet anyway.

I recommend letting it finish syncing normally. When I upgraded to a new Xbox One and popped in Fallout 4 it took a couple of hours to resync. The reason it takes longer is because of the number of save files. The more you have the longer it takes.

Make sure you are not downloading anything. A slow internet connection will impact this.

Here what I found around on how to fix this issue:

Go to settings and turn your Xbox to offline mode - Turn your xbox completely off - Turn it back on and sign out of your profile - Go to settings and turn if back to online mode - Start up Fallout 4 while signed out - When it forces you to choose your profile,
do so. The game should sync at this point

I'm having this issue with fallout 4. When I try to play it just says "syncing data for fallout 4" forever. No percentage ever comes up. If I try to cancel the sync and just play offline, I'm missing so many hours of game saves.

My internet is working fine, and I've tried a bunch of different suggestions around here with nothing fixing the problem.
