Stuck on Xbox One Green Screen on Boot (3 white bubbles Loop)

Hi xbox support,

My xbox one won't get pass the xbox one green screen on boot-up. I just turned off my xbox one last night and back on this morning and didn't work.

I read about and have tried to do the latest os restore using OSUDT2 but when I load folder onto usb drive and boot (whilst holding down bind + eject keys), nothing happens. I want to keep all my games and apps so I need a method that works.

Could you please provide a method/technique to get my xbox one back to working condition as it is stuck on this screen which I have left for an hour but doesn't progress?

I just wanted to boot my xbox one and its now stuck on the green loading screen, i tried everything i knew that could help.

 

Newest update stuck at around 70% install?

My xbox stop at that too but when istalling now I got a green screen loop. It won't boot

 

Ok I realised the usb drive was not formatted as ntfs. I did this and it loaded this screen:

Ok I think it is fixed for now.

Had to do a restore to factory defaults using the 21mb update that successfully reset the xbox one using the usb drive.

Problem is I now have to reinstall all games and apps. I'm hoping that my saved games in the cloud can be retrieved. So all good for now but I can't explain why this happened in the first place.

Hi Brian - I'm sorry you had this difficulty but yes, it was just attempting to get the system update and for one reason or another it wasn't reading from the internet. Appears that you did the right thing! Your saved games will sync automatically if you
have Xbox Live Gold also. Best of luck to you!

 

What habe you done exacly?since this morning i need to handle the same Problem! Do I need a Windows device to prepare the USB?our house is Apple only because oft my father! So thank you guys for everything in case and sorry for grammar mistakes i'm in 8th

OK i found an article about the osudtv and know how it works!But how die you find out which system update you Bad to install? well i just want to play my games again but if this stays the only thing with Xbox i'll stay as much in love with the one AS i

I used the restore to factory defaults here.

An update to this problem.

I did the update and got the same screen as Brian above - the black screen with Error code E305. Tried again and again (I think times). Then in started trying different things ... I PLUGGED IN THE WIRED NETWORK CABLE and REDID the entire update process
of OSUDT2 installing from the USB drive.

It WORKED ... Finally ....

So, if your update via USB drive and OSUDT2 doesn't work - ignore the 'official' instructions and try do the update with a PLUGGED IN WIRED connection. Fortunately I actually had a network cable long enough to reach my router ...

 

OK guys i'll try the offline update with my friends laptop and later i'm ging to tell you if it worked

 

@Rosebubbles a quick update oft my own Problem wich is how i understood similar AS THW one of Brian:

-On 31th march I played some games and finaly I turned my Xbox off like allways.

-in 1st april I turned it back in and the Xbox needed longer then normally to get to the green loading screen with the three white bubbles and until the loading screen appeared the Xbox made a little weird noise

-so there my Xbox kept loading for more then an hour until there was again no signal as before the loading screen

-I tried a hardboot with 30 seconds cut off the power

-there was no way to geht pass the loading screen so i'm here trying to figure out how to fix it

-later i'm sleeping at my friends house and we'll download the offline update no.2 and when i'm back home i'll try the offline update with the flash drive USB stick i bought in a local techinc shop

-when it doesn't work i am going to use my garantie which still 1 year and 11 month good and bring to the store where I bought my Xbox one and when they are not able to fix my Problem they'll need to spend me a New one

So finaly i hope you'll understand my Problem wirh this post better thanks

 

I do the OSUDT2 and now it's stuck in an update loop. Ohhh this is infuriating... should've gotten a PS4 ;/

Gonna give the factory defaults a try next.
