Stuck on update screen

i reset my Xbox one and I am having problems getting past the update screen

I keep getting the error code

0x80072ee7 0x00000000 0x00000200

I spoke to Xbox support and they have no clue what's happening, they suggested I send it off for repair

I can do nothing with itit till I get payed at the end of the month

So upset can some one help me

:)
