Stuck on troubleshoot page

Trying to reset console, when trying to reset to factory settings it’s preparing console, then it’s going back to something went wrong, can’t get out of screen error code: E102 00000C10 8007045D

Have you tried doing a offline update?. You do need a pc and usb memory stick to do it though. https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/console/system-updates-solution

I have no error code so can't do most of the steps and i would very much like to not reset back to factory as i would loose all my game save data of which my GTAV one is worth at least a couple £1,000 and i would very much not like to waste my time with
xbox of thats tha case
