Stuck on the WB logo pre-start screen

Should I uninstall the game and re-install it?

This bug happened while I was downloading the latest update

hi went to turn my xbox one and it took 30 minutes to go from black screen to xbox logo and its now been on the logo for 3 hours is there a fix for this

So no answer on the Xbox support forums. Ive barley had the Xbox a month and I get ******over should have gone Playstation instead

 

i am experiencing this as well. i uninstalled it and am re-installing it as i type this. it got to the "ready to start" part of the download/installation, but its still getting stuck on the WB logo screen. going to try and close the game out, take the disc
out, turn off the console and turn it back on and then insert the disc to see if that works...

 

Mine froze while updating so I turned the console off and ever since it won't do anything but that screen

 

When you say you turned the console off, do you mean you hold the power button on the system until it shuts off or you hold the controller button and select "Turn off Console"? If you use the controller, the default settings of the XBox just puts it to
sleep, so the game will restart in the exact place it left off. Try holding the power button down on the console itself. If you have access to the power brick, make note of the light on it. If it is white, the system is just asleep (or powered on) and if
it is amber (orange) then the system is fully off. Wait a few seconds and turn it back on and try to restart the game from there.

 

When I'm logged into one of my three accounts my game freezes. So I log out of everything and can play. I log back in while still in the game and the game freezes again. Is anyone else getting this?

 

Im stuck on the updating game data... Screen. I have waited nine hours on that part. I see the tree branches move so I don't know if it froze or not. But its been a week and I have not been able to play at all. I also returned the game tree times and uninstalled
and re installed twice. I just want to play the game. I also bought the kombat pack so its a waste of my hard earned money.

 

I'm having the same issue. Is there a fix yet or any responses?

 

I'm having the same problem. Game is stuck on updating game data screen. And I'm playing offline how can I fix this
