Stuck on the green screen XBox One when starts

It didnt work for me, my console is still stuck on the Xbox One start up green screen

Have a look at this support page, System update solution and scroll down to the section that deals with this
issue.

I suspect a recent system update, see Whats new XBOX one System updates may have been unsuccessful
and the console needs a refresh.

Let us know a few more details, type of xbox, network , wired or WiFi etc to help resolve it.

Thank you for helping. We did. We also held the eject and power buttons at the same time until it beeped several times then turned off. I read that online as a possible fix. That didn’t work either.
