Stuck on starting download problem microsoft store.

Hi, I wanted to get a trial version of Minecraft for windows 10 to see how bedrock edition works in a PC /Laptop. However, When i download it, It says "Starting download" Ever since then it just kept saying Starting download. It's been a couple of months and the progress bar didn't move an inch. I would like to get some help how to fix that. Thanks!

Cancel the download and check if you can download another app, after downloading another app try downloading Minecraft again.

If the problem persists, perform an in-place upgrade.

These steps can help you, give it a try.

Check for updates on Windows Update, update everything including optional/additional updates, and also follow the steps below.

1. Logout from Xbox app and Microsoft Store app

2. Look for the Xbox app and Microsoft Store app in the Windows menu, right-click, click app settings and then click terminate, restore and reset.

3. Clear the store cache type ''wsreset'' in the Windows bar, run as admin, and wait for the screen to close and open the store automatically.

4. Open the Microsoft Store, click on ''library'' in the lower-left corner then ''get updates'' and update everything.

5. Restart your PC, log into the apps again and try again.

None of this helped. I even started to download The Outer Worlds on the Microsoft Store on PC and the download is stuck. The Microsoft Store is terrible and needs a revamp.

will this uninstall my games and apps that i downloaded from microsoft store? cause i downloaded around 300GB and it would be hard to replay all my games from the start.

never mind, i did it and things are still there and the problem is still there, game is stuck!
