    stuck on start up screen


    i bought a used xbox one at the advice of my local gamestop, and im going through the start up pages and its getting stuck on the location screen, with a hold on a sec and a loading circle.

    Remains stuck on green start up screen

    Please try a hard reset. Hold the power button for 10 seconds, disconnect power cable and wait 5 minutes. Reconnect power and turn the console back on.

    Remains stuck on green start up screen

    I have been in contact with support and was told to manually update system because it was getting hung up on green start up screen. Did that and continues to do that. Did get E203 error code and was told to try to install return to factory settings. Still
    no luck. Any other suggestions. New at Christmas and worked until the update came through.
