Stuck on "Start Game, Join Game" menu every time.

I simply can't access the xbox menu. Every time I start the console, I have this *** update which is automatically starting and I'm stuck there.

Every time I get to the start game/join game screen nothing loads.

I bought Borderlands 2 as well but in my case, the money was subtracted. The game gets stuck in 16% every time I try downloading. I cleared the cache and even deleted the game and start over several times. Keeps getting stuck at 16%

i checked and cleaned fallout 4 already (even a second time for good luck) and it didn’t help my issue. i believe it might be the xbox or other reasons i mentioned…

but now i have done it again and a couple of the other video games too and currently fallout is at 31%. it asked to update and i accepted it, defeated, and it’s been slowly getting higher. 32% is one of the ones it starts it on.

specially once, at 26.9%, i witnessed the game completely stop installing like every single other time (around that percent). and then the “installation stopped” started. i really don’t know what else to do.

it’s stuck again. in game, 32% (ready to start- stuck on main menu videos) on console, 41.2%. completely stuck for the last hour at least. i recleaned it too

I'll be on Sunday as well, i have to start a new game though cause i missed a few collectibles in the beginning and my game was glitched. I had unlocked Dr Strange as a playable character and every time i went to character menu he wasn't there. Hopefully
i can find 1 more person to join us, Lets do this !
