    Stuck on "Signing in..." Screen


    More often than not when turning on the Xbox One, the screen stays on Signing in... and we have to randomly navigate to a program, select it, and then quit it to finally get to the home screen. Any way to fix this? Thanks.

    Is that the only problem ? Are you staying connected to live? 1st I would delete my profile and re download it...

    ok now try press and hold eject + power button to turn it on, be sure its connected directly to wall outlet

    if power cycle does not work please verify you are connecting console directly to wall outlet, why don't you try wait 5 minutes after turning off console to turn it on again ?
