    Stuck On Pending, Now Stuck On Closing Account


    I tried to set everything up for the Minecraft RTX Beta but it was stuck on pending after I tried unenrolling for the regular beta. So I thought if I delete account and reopen it then it might just work normally (I have nothing on the Insider Account that I want to keep). Now I can't even open Insiders because it says we are currently working on closing your account. What gives?

    well that last solution has kind of made progress its now stuck on pending (nvm i just looked again and it said the same error) :/

    Check the order confirmation email for expected delivery date. Mine is expected to deliver almost 1 month after purchase. I am choosing not to get upset until the delivery date has passed; then I will have a reason to complain ;)

    I called Microsoft customer support. All they could tell me is that "pending" meant they were trying to fill the order and the delay could be for a myriad of reasons. He then transfered me to wholesale, saying that they would have a better idea of what is
    going on. An automated system said they were closed and what hours they were open and to call back then. Ironically, I was transfered well within business hours.

    :(

    My guess is that it is related to current events, but I've had trouble finding the controller in stock anywhere since January. I was jubilant to find that it didn't say out of stock, when I paid $200 for it. Ha! Guess, I'm the fool.
