    stuck on locating server minecraft


    me and my friends have made a world on minecraft. we have had it for about a week and i am now not able to join and when ever i try to log back on it says locating server. i have reinstalled the game i have turned my console off and on i have checked nat type settings ( didnt change anything) and they have even made a copy of the world and it still doesnt work. i am also still able to join servers and other worlds. why is this happening?

    Hello Marshall,

    Thanks for coming to the forums. We understand having issues connecting to worlds. Have you tried shutting down the PC completely, click start, power option and shut down. When you restart try to launch the game again and see if connects. If that doesn't
    work try and
    uninstall and reinstall the game    .

    I am also having the same issue. I followed your suggestions and they have unfortunately not worked. Its strange as my fiancee can connect to me. We have figured out that two worlds cannot be played on so far but a brand new world works. Playing that would
    mean losing everything. We just defeated the ender dragon and explored some end cities.
