    Do a hard restart on the Xbox One. Unplug it and let sit for a few. Plug it pack in and give it a try.

    Are you with the xbox dashboard preview?

    If you are then that is what is causing it.

    If you go to the settings app then to system you can select to update the system software. This update allegedly fixes freezing issues in Forza

    What if your system is up to date and you have uninstalled and then re-installed the game of which I have had the game disc replaced any ideas please mate?
