    Stuck on insider previews 22000.2989


    I turned the console back on after a few months, it asked me for an update. At the end of the update the console did not restart automatically. After turning it on manually from the button, it requested me the same update as if nothing had happened. I have already tried several guides (offline update, change wifi/lan, soft/hard reset). I forgot that I was in the insiders program, and that offline updating cannot be done either (after reset i left the insider program but still download the build 22000.4558). Is there any solution? Thank you all.

    Stuck inside the preview program...

    You can also use the preview program app on the Xbox itself as well to remove your console. You won't be completely out of the program until the next update, but you'll get no more downloads.

    Contact support directly to see if they can get your console removed from the preview program. You will probably need the serial number to the console when you call.

    Hi, there is no offline update file for preview builds. As your OS version is newer than any of those OSU files you're a bit stuck. Maybe ask on the insider reddit ?

    The "Updating" page of a system update has 3 sections, Downloading, Verifying and, after a restart of the console, the Applying section.

    Which section is it stuck on?
