Stuck on Hallow Grove lock room.

This game glitch me, went inside the room without opening the switch outside, now I'm stuck... And I'm 89% 10hrs on the game. Xbox should refund with this issue.. 10hrs is not a joke!

POS my game is stuck on 'Gone but not forgotten' find max aka the lame piano scene... i just stand in the center watching the money go up from all the homes i bought but no ghost ever come out, only the hallow men when i stand in the lights.
