Stuck on green screen

I am having a problem with booting up my Xbox one. Now I have seen there is a way to fix this problem but I am very put off by this I won't name the competitor but I have been loyal to Xbox for years and now it is just frustrating I want to turn on my dedicated
gaming system to play like I do the "other" console but I am having this problem I should not have to jump through hoops just to boot up my console if this is an update issue well then fix it other wise I will never turn back. It is sad that this is how the
Xbox will die a simple boot up problem I feel some compensation is due as I have easily spent thousands of dollars in the Xbox store and memberships this is not how a customer is won over. I will not factory reset my console I will not use a USB drive this
is 2017 not the first console Xbox has pit out if you cannot push and update out to fix this issue then the "other" console that works everytime I boot it up and when there are problems they compensate that is support not oh you have a problem spend the next
10 hours fixing it yourself very sad Xbox you have lost many customers and game developers die to your lack of what seem care of your customer porting a game to this console is a nightmare and now just turning it on simply is also a nightmare why ? I love
the Xbox and have lots of games that I have purchased from Xbox store not a physical game store it is sad my money is wasted due to a simple problem.

Locked at green screen

Mine has been stuck on the green screen for hours I have tried unconnecting power and reseting but is still stuck on the green screen. is this possibly green screen of death?
