stuck on green screen

It all started this morning when I saw I had an error code(E203 looked it up apparently had something to do with an update) I immediately tried the offline diagnostic tool then the factory reset but neither worked I also tried to hard reset it but still
had no luck. In fact it possibly got worse because my console startup now includes a 2-3 minute wait with a no signal message followed by another 2-3 minute wait on a black screen followed up by an indefinite wait on a green loading screen(been sitting with
it on for maybe an hour now) can anyone help or is this a pay up and send it in moment?

Also I'm in the windows 10 insider program but had no idea how to post in that forum.

Locked at green screen

Mine has been stuck on the green screen for hours I have tried unconnecting power and reseting but is still stuck on the green screen. is this possibly green screen of death?

The Windows 10 Insider Program has nothing to do with the Xbox Preview program. If you have the new NXOE dashboard then you should post to the following link.
