Stuck on green screen?

Hi all, today I've been having problems with my Xbox.

Earlier it froze and when I done a hard reset my TV wasn't picking up a signal from the Xbox.

After a while it will go to the green loading screen and become stuck there indefinitely, does anyone have any idea on how to fix this or is my Xbox broke?

I'm also in the preview program if it helps.

Locked at green screen

Mine has been stuck on the green screen for hours I have tried unconnecting power and reseting but is still stuck on the green screen. is this possibly green screen of death?

Sorry to hear you are having an issue. It may have gotten a bad update to the console. You can try diagnosing the issue with this tool:

support.xbox.com/.../offline-system-update-diagnostic-tool

It can take up to 10 minutes for the Green Screen to go away. If it continues I would contact support directly by going here:

support.xbox.com/.../offline-system-update-diagnostic-tool

earlier this year xbox one covered by warrantee now green screen again and I have done factory reset three times since first complaint now my xbox wont go to factory reset... ps mom typing on behalf of her son dont be too technical
