Stuck on Green screen

    Stuck on Green screen


    Nothing has worked , tried hard reset, tried offline reset and nothing when you select any option it just freezes and stays their.. Does anyone know how to fix this?

    Mine has been stuck on the green screen for hours I have tried unconnecting power and reseting but is still stuck on the green screen. is this possibly green screen of death?

    Stuck on Green screen

    Not sure if it’ll help you, but last year my son’s console was stuck on the green screen and the tip in this viseo fixed it and its been fine since.



    Only different was we waited a little longer than the guy in the video.

    Thank you very much for bringing this issue to our attention. The console will get stuck on the green screen when a system update does not apply itself to the console properly. The best way to solve this issue is follow our

    It randomly fixed itself and did a factory reset on itself.
