    Stuck on green loading screen


    The other day I turned my Xbox One on and it was in the middle of an update. It was stuck on 66% for about 20-25 minutes so I decided to turn off the console. Now every time I turn it back on, it won't load passed the initial green startup screen. Any suggestions?

    I got that same update now xbox stuck on main green loading screen what gives

    Stuck on green loading screen

    Press & hold the button on left side of console (if you are facing the console), then also press & hold the eject button (continue holding both of these buttons), now press the xbox power button (continue to hold all 3 buttons until the xbox chimes, then
    release power button - still hold both the side & eject button until the xbox chimes again - then release all buttons). A black background screen comes up with the option of resetting to factory settings - choose this one. **Then, choose to reset with saving
    your apps & games** When it starts up, you have to go through the whole set up (choosing language, time zone, setting up kinect, etc.) but it doesn't take long.

    Is the Console stuck at the green loading screen or are you just seeing a black screen? Or is it a Error Code your getting?

    Are you doing a cold shut down? Keeping the unit unplugged when your away? That might be why because you needs to do a full boot up everytime you come back where as if you leave it plugged it goes into a sleep mode when you turn it off you get a faster boot
