    Stuck on Green Load Screen


    My sons 11month old Xbox One has today decided to stick on the Green Screen. He played earlier today with no issues and went back on but it wouldn't load. I've tried the simple fixes, found online, using the buttons but the best I've got is that it eventually
    changed to a black screen. Any advice would be gratefully received.

    Is the Console stuck at the green loading screen or are you just seeing a black screen? Or is it a Error Code your getting?

    Are you doing a cold shut down? Keeping the unit unplugged when your away? That might be why because you needs to do a full boot up everytime you come back where as if you leave it plugged it goes into a sleep mode when you turn it off you get a faster boot
    up?
