    Stuck on error code after recent update


    I finally let my Xbox One S update this morning. Immediately after the update completed, error code E102 came up on the screen. After trying all troubleshooting possibilities, I came across a message saying that xbox insider hub enrolled consoles can't be fixed any of those ways.

    I am having the same exact issue. I tried reformatting the hard drive and it does the same thing. I hope there is somebody out there who can help us.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    I sincerely apologize for the trouble but seems like you have performed all the necessary steps, Coldrufis, and in this case, the console needs to be repaired.     Hi bubba hope you got yours fix I'm planing to remove my hard drive seeing its a hybrid hard drive of the elite and keep it for a expansion storage for when I get a new console one day a least I can have something of it maybe even donate the rest of it to help the other gamers that needs the parts. I lost my first Xbox "halo mongoose" to ring of the death now my Xbox one to black screen of death :(
