Stuck on controller screen after reset

I reset my Xbox one and it is now stuck on a screen showing a white controller telling me to push the Xbox button but when I push it nothing happens?? I've tried it wireless and have tried connected with usb wire but nothing happens. Also have tried resyncing
controllers.

After doing the hard reset I'm stuck on the green Xbox logo screen once I launched my xb1 again

I assumed you tried clearing the system cache?

That can sometimes fix problems with games stuck on loading screens. Not sure it can fix problems with controls though.

Did resetting controls in counter strike fix that issue?

 

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart
the console.

If that doesn't help try testing with a different controller.

 

Yeah I have tried all that and have tried 3 different controllers with no luck , thanks

Thanks for replying to keep us updated. Sorry to hear that you're still stuck on the same screen, regardless of the controller. If your console isn't responding, and you've already tried the physical power cycle as Parity recommended without a result, then
you may need to perform another reset to the console to get it back into shape. Since its stuck on a screen and won't go any further, you may wish to bring up the troubleshooting screen in order to do another reset.

1. Unplug the network cable if you're using a wired network connection.
2. Power off your console, and then unplug the power cord to ensure that the console is completely powered off.
   
3. Wait 30 seconds, and then plug the power cord back in.
4. Press and hold the BIND button (located on the left side of the console) and the
   EJECT button (located on the front of the console), and then press the
   Xbox button on the console.
5. Continue holding the BIND and EJECT buttons for 10-15 seconds.
   
6. Listen for two “power-up” tones a couple of seconds apart. You can release the
   BIND and EJECT buttons after the second power-up tone.

This should bring up the Troubleshoot screen and you can select to Reset this Xbox again (its recommended you
reset & remove everything). Just make sure you have all of your log in information for any profiles (and your network) prior to proceeding. If you have an external HD connected to your console, you'll want to remove that prior to the reset as well.

If this doesn't work, you'll need to bring up the Troubleshoot screen again and its recommended that you perform an

Offline System Update to the console. Beyond that and barring that it doesn't work, you would need to

set up a repair for your console. Hopefully, it won't come to that, but if it does, we'd be more than happy to help you out!

I tried resetting again like u mentioned and it was stuck at 50% forever so I tried the offline update with a flash drive and once I clicked on the update button the screen just froze and I couldn't do anyrhing else.

Have you unplugged the power from the wall and leave it for 30 seconds then plugging it in again.

 

Yeah I have tried that and even left it unplugged all night and same result today
